What makes Novus prints hand-printed? +
Every Novus piece is printed by hand using carved wooden blocks or silk screens. No digital or automated printing is used. Each print is applied block by block, resulting in subtle variations that are a mark of authenticity.
How should I care for my printed garment? +
Hand wash in cold water with a gentle, pH-neutral detergent. Avoid soaking for more than 15 minutes. Do not tumble dry — lay flat or hang dry in shade. Warm iron on the reverse side only. Dry cleaning is also safe.
Will the print fade over time? +
Our dyes are fixed using natural mordants and our own fixing process. With proper care, prints retain their vibrancy for years. Some natural dye pieces may soften slightly over time, adding character. We provide individual care cards with every order.
Do you accept custom or bespoke orders? +
Yes! We accept custom orders for special occasions including weddings, corporate gifting, and personal commissions. Custom orders require a minimum lead time of 4–6 weeks. Contact us at

What is your return and exchange policy? +
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for items in original, unworn condition with tags intact. Exchange requests are processed within 7 days. Custom and sale items are not eligible for returns.
How long does shipping take? +
Orders are dispatched within 3–5 business days. Domestic shipping takes 2–7 business days depending on location. International shipping takes 10–21 business days. Express options are available at checkout.
Are your dyes safe and non-toxic? +
Absolutely. We use only azo-free, REACH-compliant dyes. Natural dye pieces use pigments derived from plants and minerals. All fabrics are washed and treated before dispatch to remove any residual dyestuff.
