Return Policies

Everything you need to know about Return Policies

Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery
  • The product is:
    • Unused and unwashed
    • In original condition
    • With all tags and packaging intact

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Customized or made-to-order textiles
  • Fabric cut as per customer requirement
  • Sale / discounted items
  • Minor colour variations (due to screen differences)
  • Orders reported after the return window

Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed only after:

  • The returned product is received and inspected
  • The product meets return eligibility criteria

Refund Mode:

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunded to original payment method
  • COD Orders: Refunded via UPI / Bank Transfer

Timeline:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval

Important Notes

  • Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted
  • We reserve the right to reject returns if products fail quality checks
  • Textile products may have slight variations in color, texture, or print, which are not considered defects

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  • Email us at info@novusonline.in or contact us at +91 98989 06909.
  • Share:
    • Order ID
    • Reason for return
    • Clear images/videos of the issue

Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

Reverse Pickup / Shipping

  • Reverse pickup is available in select locations
  • If pickup is unavailable, customers must self-ship the product
  • Shipping charges:
    • Free for damaged/incorrect items
    • Customer-paid for other cases (if applicable)

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed only for damaged or incorrect items
  • Subject to product availability
  • If unavailable, a refund will be issued

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
